TJ's Workplace Hearing Testing has been running mobile audiometric testing for Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley employers for over 20 years. Our job is to keep noise-induced hearing loss out of your workplace, and to make the annual requirement painless for the people who have to organise it.
We work closely with WorkSafeBC and with our clients to make sure the service exceeds the standard, not just meets it. Our clients range from government institutions and municipalities to private businesses in manufacturing, logging and construction. Many have been with us for over ten years, which we take as the best measure of whether we are doing the job well.
Because we are family owned and operated, scheduling and accounting run through one system and one set of people. We plan appointment times and driving distances together so a visit is cost-effective for you, and with a second mobile unit we have the capacity for bigger crews and the flexibility to cover different hours.

Founder and technician
Known to some clients as “TJ” or “the older gentleman”. For almost 20 years Carlos has helped hundreds of employers and workers across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley avoid noise-induced hearing loss. A background in sales and marketing, a passion for health, and a stubborn work ethic built the company.
Technician
Carlos' son, an engineer by training and a father of three. Anton's focus is streamlining how a testing day runs so it costs you less time and money, and building relationships that last. He wears custom-moulded earplugs even off the clock. Ask him why.
Business development and office manager
Genifer brings a background in corporate communications across start-ups, enterprises and non-profits. She looks after growth, scheduling, and keeping new and existing clients informed about what their program needs.
