Custom earplugs
Hearing protection only works if people wear it for the whole shift. Custom-moulded earplugs fit each ear exactly, stay comfortable for hours, and are filtered to the noise on your floor.

The protection that actually gets worn
Section 7.7 of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation requires employers to provide hearing protection to workers exposed above the noise limit, as part of the hearing conservation program in section 7.5. Disposable plugs and earmuffs protect just as well on paper, but on a real shift they get pulled out: they interfere with talking to a coworker, clash with a hard hat or respirator, get hot, or simply hurt after a few hours.
Custom-moulded earplugs solve the fit problem. We take an impression of each worker's ear, and the finished plug seats snugly without pressure. Workers who have tried everything else tell us these are the first ones they keep in.
“I've tried many different types and these were the best I've used thus far. The quality, the fit and the sound isolation exceeded my expectation.”
Lindsay, Google reviewFiltered for the job
Every set is paired with a filter chosen for the worker's noise exposure and communication needs. Someone running a saw needs more attenuation than someone who has to hear a forklift horn and a radio call. Matching the filter means workers are protected without being cut off.
What to expect
- Impressions taken on site, usually alongside hearing tests
- A choice of colours and options for each worker
- Compatible with hard hats, glasses, respirators and other PPE
- A well-kept set lasts up to three years
Custom earplugs pair naturally with an annual hearing test. Book both and workers can get their earplugs fitted on the same visit as their hearing test.
